It's that time again. With the calendar shifted to November, it's time to look back and for fans to vote for which Brave they believe had the best month of October.

Senior Erica Haslag of the volleyball team, junior Gabby Juarez of the women's cross country team, freshman Bozana Lojpur of the tennis team and senior Michael Ward of the men's cross country team are the four nominees for Bradley Athlete of the Month in October.

Each month, fans have the opportunity to vote for which Brave had the best month in their respective sport. Voting is open until Monday at 3 p.m. and will be conducted through the @BradleyBraves twitter account.

Erica Haslag • Sr. • Volleyball • Jefferson City, Mo.
• Averaged 4.20 kills, 0.69 digs, 0.26 blocks and 4.33 points per set in nine matches
• Moved up two spots on Bradley's career kills list into third all-time on The Hilltop and now has 1,522 career kills
• Helped Bradley to most wins (19) since 2002 and best Valley win total (9) since 2005
• Collected 15 or more kills in five of nine outings, including a season-best 28 kills at Indiana State to tie her own school record for kills in a 4-set match under the 25-point set format

Gabby Juarez • Jr. • Women's Cross Country • Streamwood, Ill.
• Finished as the top Brave at the 2018 Missouri Valley Conference Championship, leading the women's program to their fourth title in five years
• Placed third overall at the conference meet to earn first-team All-MVC honors for the first time – the best finish by a Brave since 2015
• Ran the fifth-fastest 5K time in school history at the meet with a mark of 17:17.9
• Also posted the top time by a Brave at the Bradley Pink Classic, shaving more than 10 seconds off her 6K PR mark in 21:25.0

Bozana Lojpur • Fr. • Tennis • Burnaby, British Columbia
• Finished third in No. 2 singles at the Missouri Valley Individual Tennis Championships, winning 2-of-3 matches
• Teamed with Malini Wijesinghe to take third in the No. 2 doubles flight at the MVC Tennis Championships
• Both her singles and doubles victories to open competition came against rival Illinois State
• Won her qualifying round flight at the ITA Central Regional Championship to advance to the main draw

Michael Ward • Sr. • Men's Cross Country • Cardiff, South Wales
• Earned All-Valley honors for the third time in cross country (one of four Braves in school history to accomplish the feat) by placing second at the 2018 MVC Championship
• Led the Braves to their fourth-straight conference crown as Bradley became the first school since Southern Illinois in 1983 to win four-straight titles
• Just missed his school-record time at the meet, running the 8K course in 24:04.7
• Also placed seventh at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 12 in his first meet since suffering an injury
