PEORIA, Ill. -- After having to call off its scheduled trip to Las Vegas, Nev., due to flight cancellations, Bradley Softball will take advantage of unseasonably warm weather in the Peoria, Ill., area Sunday and host in-state foes Illinois-Chicago and SIU Edwardsville outside at the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex.

Sunday's forecast calls for temperatures around 50 degrees allowing the teams to take advantage of the warm weather.  The Braves (3-2 overall) will face Illinois-Chicago (2-2 overall) Sunday at 11 a.m. to kick off a tripleheader of games at the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex.  UIC and SIU Edwardsville (2-0 overall) are slated to square off at 1:30 p.m. and the day concludes with Bradley taking on SIU Edwardsville at 4 p.m.

Fans attending Sunday's games are encouraged to bring their own chairs.

The games Sunday will mark the earliest outdoor home games in program history and the first outdoor home games in February in program history.  Previously, the earliest Bradley had played at home outdoors was a doubleheader against Indiana on March 13, 2002.

The two home games would give the Braves 24 home games this spring, one off matching the most home dates in program history (2009 & 2007).
