Sunday Softball vs. UIC Cancelled

PEORIA, Ill. – Sunday's softball doubleheader between Bradley and Illinois-Chicago has been cancelled due to wet and snowy field conditions.

The Braves had their originally scheduled weekend trip to Las Vegas called off because of flight cancellations Thursday and made alternate plans to play Illinois-Chicago Sunday afternoon (1:30 p.m.) at Louisville Slugger Sports Complex.

Unfortunately, Saturday's snowfall in the Peoria put a damper on Bradley's plans and the doubleheader was cancelled early Sunday afternoon.

The Braves will head to Orlando, Fla., next weekend for the Citrus Classic, where Bradley will face South Carolina, Purdue, #14 Minnesota, #25 Kentucky and South Alabama.
