PEORIA, IL - Weather related issues throughout the Midwest have forced the cancellation of tonight's Bradley Baseball game against Robert Morris-Chicago. The Braves (12-5) are slated to continue what is now a 4-game home stand at Dozer Park by hosting Eureka Saturday afternoon and MacMurray Sunday afternoon. Both 2 p.m. games remain on the schedule as planned.
Robert Morris-Chicago was forced to rearrange its schedule today in favor of playing conference games and the Braves were unable to find a replacement opponent on short notice. While the weekend weather forecast currently calls for rain and snow Saturday and less than ideal temperatures Sunday, the games versus Eureka and MacMurray will remain on the schedule as the teams evaluate the weather leading up to the scheduled start times.
Updates will continue to be provided online at BradleyBraves.com and the team's Twitter account, @BradleyBaseball, as information becomes available. Any games played this weekend at Dozer Park will include FREE admission. Access to the Dozer Park suites will be available for $12 per ticket by working with the Bradley Athletics staff on site for the games.
