PEORIA, Ill. -- Making its first NCAA post-season appearance since 1955, Bradley Men's Golf will head to Bryan, Texas, for NCAA Regional play which will be held May 14-16 announced by the NCAA Wednesday afternoon on the Golf Channel.
The Braves won their first Missouri Valley Conference Championship by an impressive 15 strokes at Dalhousie Country Club in Cape Girardeau, Mo., April 23 & 24 to earn an automatic spot into the 2018 NCAA Championship field. Bradley will travel to Bryan, Texas, to take part in one of six regionals being held May 14-16. A total of 81 teams and 45 individuals will compete at the six NCAA Regional sites.
One of threeconference champions playing in the regional hosted by Texas A&M, Bradley is the #13 seed in the Bryan Regional.
A practice round at The Traditions Club will be held Sunday, May 13 leading into the NCAA Regional with the teams playing 18 holes on each of the next three days. The top five teams from each NCAA Regional along with six individuals will advance to the NCAA National Championship, which will be played May 25-30 at Karsten Creek Golf Club in Stillwater, Okla.
