The Missouri Valley Conference released its men's basketball schedule on Tuesday, completing the 2018-19 Bradley calendar.

The Braves will once again host all nine MVC schools in the league's traditional 18-game round-robin format. Four Saturday contests and midweek games against in-state rivals Illinois State and Loyola highlight the home schedule for BU, which begins on Wednesday, Jan. 2.

Bradley opens conference play against Northern Iowa in the team's latest Valley opener since 2003-04 with a home date on Jan. 2. It marks the second-straight season the Braves host the Panthers in their first MVC contest at Carver Arena after a 72-53 victory on Dec. 31, 2017.

Highlighting the conference season's opening month is a home game against I-74 rival Illinois State on Wednesday, Jan.  23. The Braves also welcome Missouri State (Jan. 12) and Drake (Jan. 16) in January with road games slated against Indiana State (Jan. 5), Valparaiso (Jan. 8), Southern Illinois (Jan. 20), Missouri State (Jan. 26) and Evansville (Jan. 30).

The home stretch will feature five games at Carver Arena in eight February contests for the Braves, including a pair against in-state foes. Bradley opens the month against Southern Illinois on Saturday, Feb. 2, while hosting 2018 Final Four participant, Loyola, on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Bradley is the last Valley school to defeat the Ramblers, handing Loyola a 69-67 defeat at Carver Arena on Jan. 31, 2018. BU also welcomes Indiana State (Feb. 9), Evansville (Feb. 23) and Valparaiso (Feb. 27) to Peoria during the month, while traveling to face Northern Iowa (Feb. 6), Illinois State (Feb. 16) and Drake (Feb. 19).

The Braves conclude the regular season on Saturday, March 2 at Loyola.

Season tickets are currently on sale online (CLICK HERE) or via the Bradley Ticket Office at (309) 677-2625.

Bradley looks to continue its climb up the Missouri Valley Conference standings in 2018-19 as the Braves finished last season with a 20-13 record. One of just four schools in the country to improve by at least five wins in each of the last two years, BU earned a top-five seed for the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament and advanced to the league semifinals for the first time since 2010.
