Breanna Cross has joined the Bradley Athletic Department as the school's Director of Braves Club Membership and Events, announced Thursday by Dr. Chris Reynolds, Bradley's Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics.

At Bradley, Cross will lead the planning and oversight of donor engagement events, including the annual Bids for the Braves Auction, Braves Club Raffle and golf outings. She is also responsible for designing and executing Braves Club membership renewal and growth strategies.

Cross joins BU after spending the last year at Advocate Aurora Health in Kenosha, Wisconsin as the Foundation Engagement Coordinator. Among her responsibilities with the organization, Cross led fundraising and event efforts for its regional ball, while helping create and steward a donor portfolio of prospective donors in Kenosha County.

A native of Peoria, Cross spent three years at OSF Healthcare from 2015 to 2018. In her final year with the organization, she was the donor relations coordinator with the OSF Foundation, collaborating with major gift officers to develop and execute targeted stewardship strategies in an effort to acquire, grow and retain major-level donors. She also spent two years as an event liaison at Jump Simulation at OSF Healthcare, securing revenue through the successful coordination of more than 2,700 events.

Cross earned her bachelor's degree in applied communication studies with a minor in Spanish from SIU Edwardsville in 2015.
