While the nation introduces a stay-at-home, online learning curriculum and the sporting world almost universally has been shut down in an effort to "flatten" the COVID-19 curve, Bradley Athletics has introduced a series of skills drills everyone can practice at home to help develop their fundamentals (and pass the time).  The At Home Skills series is presented by Two25 and offers short video instruction of drills that can be practiced at home.  Several drills videos were filmed before the current Illinois "Shelter at Home" directive was initiated, but we will plan to continue to upload new videos to BradleyBraves.com and our various social media accounts as coaches submit them from home.

In the ninth video of the At Home Skills series, Bradley Women's Basketball Assistant Coach Latisha Luckett incorporates a basketball into a series of core strength exercises.
