Men’s Golf Takes Second At Spirit Hollow Fall Shootout

BURLINGTON, Iowa – Junior Josh Kirkham shot a one-over 73 to tie for fourth at the Spirit Hollow Fall Shootout Wednesday, while helping Bradley Men's Golf to a second-place finish in the three-team event that featured conference rivals Drake and Valparaiso. 
 
Drake claimed the team title with an eight-over par 296 to finish nine shots ahead of the Braves, who shot 305 to take second.  Valparaiso finished third overall at 309. 
 
Kirkham was one shot behind the tri-medalists, firing three birdies as he carded a one-over 73 at the par-72 Spirit Hollow Golf Club to tie for fourth overall.
 
Aaeri Krishnan and junior John Stillman were close behind Kirkham in a tie for seventh after the pair turned in matching 76's during Wednesday's action.  Stillman turned in a team-best four birdies on the day, while Krishnan had a pair of his own. 
 
Senior Jalen Hodges posted an 80 to tie for 13th and sophomore Brady Kreiter earned a share of 16th after firing an 81.  Junior Roy Radke rounded out the team scoring for the Braves, tying for 18th overall with an 83. 
 
Bradley closes out its Fall schedule in Kettering, Ohio, Oct. 18 & 19 at the Flyer Invitational
