SERIES HISTORY | LAST MEETING
This is the fourth consecutive year that Bradley and SEMO will face off, with the Braves picking up a convincing, 5-2 win Feb. 28, 2020 at The Clubs at River City. The win last year was Bradley's first against SEMO since 2011. The Redhawks lead the all-time series, 9-5.

LAST TIME OUT
  • The Braves split a weekend doubleheader, dropping last Friday's contest against DePaul and rolling against Eastern Michigan, 4-1. It was Bradley's first win of the young season.

MALETIN BACK ON TRACK
  • Sandra Maletin swept the weekend at No. 1 singles, authoring a comeback victory against Tamara Malazonia of UIC 4-6, 6-4, 10-2.
  • She followed that up with a comfortable 6-1, 6-2 victory against Isabelle Popma of Eastern Michigan.
  • For her effort, Maletin was named Missouri Valley Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the seventh time in her career, extending her program record.
  • Maletin's .704 career winning percentage is the second-best among Braves with at least 40 singles wins.

DOUBLE TROUBLE
  • The Braves secured their first doubles point of the season this weekend against Eastern Michigan.
  • A 7-6(4) nail biter at No. 3 doubles was the clincher, with the Braves and Eagles splitting Nos. 1 and 2.
  • The win at No. 3 was the first doubles win of the season for the tandem of Nikki Perlwitz and Bozana Lojpur.

BEZMENOVA FINDS FORM
  • After an unideal start to her singles season, freshman Maria Bezmenova found her rhythm and rolled to a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 4 singles last Saturday.
  • It was the freshman's first career singles win.

REVISITING SUCCESS
  • The Braves will search for their third consecutive winning season, a would-be first since 1990-93 and only the third time in program history.
  • Bradley posted a 23-13 (.639) combined record over the last two seasons.

THE COACH
  • Head Coach Matt Tyler has begun his eighth season at the Tennis helm for the Braves.
  • He enters Saturday's match as the second-winningest coach in program history with 69 career wins
  • Tyler is 1-2 as Head Coach against SEMO.
