PEKIN, IL – Bradley Men's Golf carded three scores at par or better, but it was not enough to prevent SIU Edwardsville from escaping Pekin Country Club with a 3-shot win in the one-day dual tournament Saturday.

Bradley fired a 1-over-par 289 team score Saturday, three back of SIUE's -2 (286). Freshman Josh Kirkham paced the Braves at -1 (71), while classmate Nick Armbrust and sophomore Roy Radke were one shot back of their teammate at even par (72). Graduate senior Alex Ciaramitaro completed Bradley's scoring by carding a +2 (74).

Both teams listed six players in their tournament lineup with the top four finishers from each team counting toward the team result. Freshman John Stillman fired a +4 (76), while junior Jalen Hodges turned in a +7 (79). Bradley's two individual entries: freshman Mike Wales also posted a 79, while freshman Brady Kreiter turned in a +10 (82).

The Braves will play their first traditional tournament of the year March 22-23 by taking part in Missouri State's Twin Oaks Intercollegiate at Twin Oaks Country Club.
