SUNDAY UPDATE | 12:30 PM
Based on the current conditions and expectations for one more rain cell to blow through, the hope is to pull the tarp around 1 o'clock and start game 1 of the doubleheader at 2 o'clock.

SUNDAY UPDATE | 12:15 PM
There is still a light rain falling in Peoria, but it is supposed to stop soon.  As soon as the tarp pull begins, we will plan to start 45 minutes later.

SUNDAY UPDATE | 10:00 AM
PEORIA, Ill. –
With rain continuing to fall in the Illinois River Valley, the start of Sunday's Bradley Baseball doubleheader against Evansville at Dozer Park will be delayed.

Saturday's originally-scheduled doubleheader between the Braves and Purple Aces was canceled due to the wet conditions from persistent rain throughout the day and the precipitation has resumed Sunday morning in Peoria.  The teams will attempt to make up one of Saturday's canceled games by playing doubleheader Sunday at Dozer Park, once the conditions clear.

An exact start time for Sunday's twin bill has not been determined, though it will take approximately 45 minutes from the time they make the decision to pull the tarp until the first game will be ready to start.  Both games of Sunday's doubleheader, to consist of two nine inning games, are scheduled to be streamed on ESPN3.

Additional game day status updates will be posted at BradleyBraves.com and on the Bradley Baseball Twitter account (@BradleyBaseball).
