Setting the Stage
•  Four of The Valley's five teams advanced to the 2021 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Soccer Championship with the two semifinal games being hosted Tuesday by regular-season league champion Missouri State and tourney No. 2 seed Drake.
•  Bradley is the No. 4 seed for this year's tournament and will visit Missouri State Tuesday night.
•  The Bradley-Missouri State winner will advance to Saturday's championship game against either Drake or Loyola Chicago.
•  While attempting to reach its 10th MVC Tournament championship game, Bradley will be looking to halt a 7-game winless streak since claiming a 1-0 win against Evansville March 4 at Eureka College.
•  Missouri State is looking to bounce back from its first setback of the season, a 2-0 home loss Thursday to Loyola Chicago that snapped a MVC-record, 25-game regular-season winning streak.

Series History
41st Meeting • Missouri State leads 27-9-4 (.725) • MSU leads 15-4-2 (.762) at Missouri State
•  Missouri State has won seven consecutive meetings since Bradley's last series victory, a 4-0 win Oct. 17, 2015 at Shea Stadium.
•  Since securing the most-lopsided win in series history in that 2015 victory, Bradley has totalled only two goals in the last seven meetings against the Bears.
•  Missouri State's 27 wins in the series are the most by one team against Bradley in the program's 34-year history.
•  The Bears won both of this season's regular-season matchups in shutout fashion, earning a 3-0 victory Feb. 27 at Allison South Stadium and following up with a 1-0, overtime win March 18 at Shea Stadium.

In The MVC Tournament
•  Bradley and Missouri State both are competing in their 20th MVC Men's Soccer Championship semifinal games.
•  With four MVC regular-season championships and three MVC Tournament titles, Bradley is the only active Valley men's soccer member to claim multiple regular-season and tournament championships.
•  The Braves are seeking their first Valley championship since winning the 2013 title at Shea Stadium, having previously won the MVC Tournament in 2007 (at Creighton) and 2010 (Shea Stadium).
•  Missouri State now owns nine regular-season MVC titles, but the Bears have not won the postseason tournament since claiming its lone championship in 1999 by downing the Braves in overtime, 2-1, at Bradley's Becker Park.
•  Missouri State is 8-7-4 all-time in the MVC Tournament semifinal round, while Bradley is 9-9-1 in the semis.

Lack Of Tourney Experience
•  Bradley's 31-man roster includes 23 student-athletes who have never appeared in a postseason game for the Braves.
•  Only five current Braves have ever started a MVC Tournament game and none of the team's four goalkeepers have ever appeared in a conference postseason game.
•  With five career MVC Tournament goals, graduate forward Gerit Wintermeyer is the only current Brave to register a postseason point in his career.
•  Bradley's entire 31-man roster has totaled 10 career MVC Tournament starts among 18 total appearances and two of those appearances were from 2020-21 redshirt Nick Feeney.
