PEORIA, IL – Bradley Baseball is changing out one local rival for another as the Braves (12-14) look to complete their longest home stand of the season this weekend.

Bradley was scheduled to host Western Illinois in a 4-game set Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Dozer Park, but the Leathernecks entered a program pause last week due to COVID protocols within its Tier 1 personnel.  The Braves have replaced the series against the Leathernecks with a 3-game set against Saint Louis (11-20), who became available when its weekend opponent, Dayton, also entered a program pause.

The Braves and Billikens will open the 3-game series Friday night at six o'clock.  The series will continue with 1 p.m. single games Saturday and Sunday at Dozer Park.  All three games will be broadcast on ESPN3 as part of The Valley on ESPN initiative.

In addition to the schedule changes, Bradley has worked with the Peoria Chiefs to update the attendance policy for its remaining home games this spring.  Although attendance capacity remains restricted to 332 guests, the amount of tickets available after accounting for the student-athlete pass lists from both teams will be made available, in priority, to Bradley University students, Braves Club members and the general public.

Bradley students will receive an email with a link directing them to an online, advance reservations signup form and Braves Club members should email BradleyTicketOffice@bradley.edu to indicate their interest in attending games.  The number of tickets potentially available to the general public will be announced Thursday afternoon.

Tickets may be claimed at the Dozer Park main gate, beginning one hour prior to the announced start time for each Bradley Baseball home game.  Tickets for the general public will be $5, while tickets for Bradley University students, faculty and staff, as well as active military members and their immediate family will be free (valid ID required).  Individuals living in the same household will be asked to sit in pods, physically distant from other household pods.

The complete Bradley Baseball 2021 Ticket Policy has been updated online and is available by clicking the "Tickets" menu at BradleyBraves.com.
