PEORIA, IL – As summer collegiate baseball leagues fire up around the country, 25 members of Bradley's 2021-22 squad - 17 returning student-athletes and eight incoming players - will be competing in 10 different states before heading back to campus for the upcoming school year.

Summer collegiate league season-to-date Bradley highlights (thru June 8):

Adam Brian | Paducah Chiefs (Ohio Valley League)
Came off the bench and delivered a sacrifice fly in Friday's season-opener … Made his first start behind the plate Monday and helped Paducah to its first win of the season by going 1-for-2 with a walk.

Taylor Catton | Princeton WhistlePigs (Appalachian League)
Catton (1-0) made his summer debut Saturday and sparkled out of the bullpen, needing just 34 pitches (25 strikes) to earn the win with 3.0 perfect innings of relief, helping the WhistlePigs to a 6-3 victory against Pulaski.

Logan Delgado | Illinois Valley Pistol Shrimp (Prospect League)
Delgado was hitless in his first two games of the summer, but after going 1-for-4 in Sunday's 4-3 win, he backed it up by going 1-for-2 with three walks and a RBI Tuesday.

Hank Himrich | Normal CornBelters (Prospect League)
Batting .316 in five games, Himrich is coming off a big night Tuesday when he was 4-for-6 with a RBI and two runs scored in Normal's 13-11 win in 10 winnings at Cape Girardeau … Himrich singled in the 10th and came around to score the winning run Tuesday.

Carson Husmann | Bag Bandits (College Summer League at Grand Park)
Husmann has gone 1-for-3 in each of his first two games for the Bag Bandits in the College Summer League at Grand Park, including a RBI single in his summer debut game June 1.

Kaden Krueger | Fond Du Lac Dock Spiders (Northwoods League)
Krueger has made the most of his first two mound appearances of the summer, going 1-0 with a save … He picked up the save by allowing one run on four hits with three strikeouts in the final 3.0 innings of Fond Du Lac's 10-3 win June 1 at Green Bay … He grabbed the victory in a 15-7 home win Friday against Green Bay, allowing two runs on three hits in 3.1 innings.

TJ Manteufel | La Crosse Loggers (Northwoods League)
In his first two games of the summer, Manteufel is 3-for-10 with two doubles and two RBIs, one of which came on a sac fly in his debut last Thursday.

Connor Manthey | Fond Du Lac Dock Spiders (Northwoods League)
Manthey is off to a hot start in the Northwoods League, leading Fond Du Lac with a .387 (12-31) batting average and 1.048 OPS in his first eight games … In last Thursday's 9-6 win at Lakeshore, Manthey was 3-for-4 with three doubles, a walk and three RBIs and his 2-run double in the seventh broke a 6-6 tie … In Tuesday's 6-3 win at Wisconsin, Manthey was 2-for-5 with two doubles, a RBI and a run scored.

Connor O'Brien | Upper Valley Nighthawks (New England Collegiate Baseball League)
Beginning his summer in the NECBL, O'Brien has reached base safely in each of his first three games, recording a walk and a RBI in each game … Each of his first two hits to date have gone for extra bases, a RBI double in Sunday's 3-2 win against Winnipesaukee and a 3-run home run in the 11-0 win in the first game of Sunday's split doubleheader against Winnipesaukee.
