Bradley and Missouri Valley Conference Enter Into Partnership With INFLCR

Bradley Athletics and the Missouri Valley Conference have entered into a multi-year partnership with industry-leading content and compliance software company INFLCR. The agreement will provide the Braves with the tools and technology necessary to support their student-athletes' opportunities related to name, image and likeness (NIL). The three-tier platform will provide educational resources, brand-building techniques and a disclosure technology platform required in many states.

"In the Missouri Valley Conference, our first and foremost responsibility is the success and safety of our student athletes," says MVC Commissioner Jeff Jackson. "INFLCR has established itself as a leader in this burgeoning field, and The Valley looks forward to benefitting from its vast experience and expertise. This agreement will afford an opportunity for our athletes to not only enhance their brands but to do so in an informative and safe environment."

Through the INFLCR Verified platform, Bradley student-athletes will be provided with technology that will enhance their experience through personal story telling. INFLCR Verified will also equip MVC student-athletes with a wide range of educational and financial resources to help optimize and monetize their personal brand through their name, image and likeness.

The INFLCR Verified platform also provides Bradley with robust compliance tools to enhance the student-athlete experience by offering a comprehensive solution for responsible brand-building on social media, as well as a fully compliant path to external commercial activity from NIL. The new agreement will provides student-athletes with NIL education, tools and technology, as it relates to new opportunities and complexities from upcoming NIL legislation. INFLCR had previously worked with select member institutions of the Conference.

In August, the MVC Presidents Council adopted Conference-Level aspirational standards for NIL, and on June 30, the NCAA Division I Board of Directors adopted a temporary regulatory framework that provided Conferences and member institutions with a pathway to create NIL policies.
