Bryce Logan Named Bradley Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete Of The Week

PEORIA, Ill. – Senior goalkeeper Bryce Logan (Bellingham, Wash./Mt. Baker/Washington) has been named this week's Bradley Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete of the Week announced Wednesday after helping Bradley Soccer open the 2021 season with a shutout.

The defending Missouri Valley Conference Goalkeeper of the Year, Logan started the season by stopping all four shots he faced as the Braves blanked Omaha 1-0 last Thursday to kick off the 2021 campaign. Working toward a master's degree in nonprofit leadership, Logan owns a perfect 4.00 cumulative grade point average.

Each week, a student-athlete is selected as the Bradley Busey Scholar-Athlete of the Week. The individual chosen must be at least a sophomore in academic standing and boast a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average, while displaying a level of athletic excellence.

Logan and the Braves return to action Thursday, playing a 6 p.m. (CDT) match in Dayton, Ohio, against Wright State.
