Peoria, IL. Bradley has announced the following student-athletes as the nominees for the Prairie Farms Athlete of the Month Honor.
Nominee: Nick Burke, Men's Soccer
- Nick Burke helped lead the Bradley Braves men's soccer team to two victories in the month of November.
- Burke was an intricate part in wins against Incarnate Word in the regular season finale and an upset in MVC tournament against second-seeded Drake.
- Burke finished the MVC season ranked first in saves per game with an average of five and held the conference's 4th leading scorer (AJ Franklin) to one goal in three meetings.
Nominee Alex Rouse, Women's Basketball
- Rouse scored a career-high 17 point vs Missouri Baptist
- Averaged 10.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1.5 steals per game in November.
- Rouse also claimed back-to-back 7 rebound games against McNeese State and Missouri-Baptist.
Nominee Nicola Jansen, Cross Country
- Jansen finished as the MVC Individual Women's Cross Country Champion.
- Helped the Women's Cross Country team tie the highest finish at an NCAA Regional Meet with a third-place mark.
- Earned All-NCAA Regional Honors for the second time in her career.
Nominee Karagan Coggin, Volleyball
- Coggin helped the Braves complete a season sweep of I-74 Rival Illinois State for just the 4th time in school history through 90 total meetings.
- She finished with 57 total points, 45 kills, 16 digs, and 13 blocks in November.
- Coggin finished her senior season ranked 2nd all-time in Bradley history for career attack percentage at .269
