Braves Announce Schedule Alterations

PEORIA, IL – The addition of a home match and a one-day switch to a Valley contest have been announced by Bradley Tennis head coach Matt Tyler.

Originally scheduled for this Sunday, March 6 on the road, Bradley will now host Murray State in late March. An exact date has yet to be determined. The coaches will reconvene on March 10 to finalize a date for the latter half of the month.

Originally scheduled for Sunday, April 3, Bradley's MVC clash against Missouri State has been moved up a day to Saturday, April 2. The alteration stems from Illinois States' need for a backup, indoor facility when they host Missouri State one day after. Missouri State was originally scheduled to play ISU on Saturday and Bradley on Sunday. Those dates have been reversed.

BU's match against Missouri State will be broadcasted apart of The Valley on ESPN initiative as originally planned. It is the second consecutive year the Braves will have a match broadcasted through The Valley on ESPN.

Neither schedule alteration is in any way related to the COVID-19 pandemic or its impact on NCAA competition.

The Braves will still hit the road this weekend, playing a singular contest at Southeast Missouri State.
