It's time to vote for the Prairie Farms Bradley Athlete of the Month! Now that the calendar has shifted to May, it's time to look back at April and vote for which Brave had the best month of action.

Junior Hannah Ivy of the women's track and field team, freshman Jacob Kisting of the baseball team, senior Lucy Mead of the softball team and senior Megan Welch of the softball team are the four nominees for Prairie Farms Bradley Athlete of the Month in April.

Voting is open until Wednesday at 11 a.m. and will be conducted through the @BradleyBraves twitter account.

Hannah Ivy • Jr. • Women's Track & Field • Glendale Heights, Ill.
• Set a pair of schools during the month
• Ran the 400m dash at Ole Miss in 54.86 seconds, which ranks as the fastest time in the Valley this season
• Also broke the 200m dash standard with a time of 24.69 at the Illini Invitational

Jacob Kisting • Fr. • Baseball • Verona, Wis.
• Posted a 2.48 earned run average in five appearances during the month of April
• Allowed just a .172 batting average against in April – striking out 28 batters in 32.2 innings with just nine walks allowed
• Did not allow a run in 7.0 innings of shutout work against rival Illinois State, giving up just two hits overall
• Also gave up just one hit and zero earned runs in non-conference action versus Wright State
• Earned a win over nationally-ranked Dallas Baptist on April 12, striking out eight batters

Lucy Mead • Sr. • Softball • West Seattle, Wash.
• Hit .400 for the month (22-for-55) and stole seven bases, while owning a .433 on base percentage and .523 slugging percentage
• Collected hits in 15-of-17 games and had a career-best 14-game hit streak, which tied for the fourth-longest streak in school history
• Had seven multi-hit games, while helping Bradley to a 10-7 record
• Went 4-for-9 with a run and two RBI as she helped the Braves to their first three-game sweep of Southern Illinois in program history

Megan Welch • Sr. • Women's Golf • Lakeville, Minn.
• Posted a pair of top-10 finishes, which included a season-best third-place showing at the Redbird Spring Invitational
• Tied for eighth at the MVC Championship to earn First-Team All-MVC honors
• Owned a 75.20 stroke average in two tournaments, firing 75 or better in three of five rounds
• Her three-over 147 at the Redbird Spring Invitational tied for the 11th-best 36-hole score in program history.
