PEORIA, Ill. – The Bradley women's tennis team travels to Springfield, Mo., to participate in the Missouri Valley Conference Individual Championships on Friday, Oct. 6-8. First matches are scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m.

Last time out, the Braves competed in the Redbird Invitational from Sept. 29 through Oct. 1. The team went a combined 23-14 across all singles and doubles matches. Alexandra Hildreth and Anna Belogliadova won the Doubles Flight #3 Championship in the tournament, defeating pairings from Eastern Illinois, St. Thomas and Chicago State en route to the title.

After two individual tournaments, Braves athletes are 39-25 (.609 win percentage) in all matches, going 28-18 in singles matches and 11-7 in doubles matches.

In 2022, Bradley's MVC tournament was highlighted by Mariia Pukhina's second-place finish in Singles Flight #2. Pukhina advanced to the championship match of her bracket before falling to Moira Silva of Valparaiso.
