PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley Men's Basketball fell to Indiana State on Saturday afternoon by a score of 85-77 at Carver Arena.
At halftime, the Braves were down 49-30 to the Sycamores. Bradley tallied 16 points in the paint and 15 rebounds. They shot 41.9% from the field and 33.3% from beyond the arc.
Malevy Leons and Duke Deen both recorded eight points for the Braves. Deen was 2-for-4 from the three-point line. Demarion Burch and Leons both collected four rebounds in the first half.
Bradley fell to Indiana State in the second half by a score of 83-75. They outscored the Sycamores 47-36 in the second half. The Braves had 33 rebounds in the game, 11 on the offensive side. They also had 22 points off turnovers and 38 points in the paint.
Leons led the Braves with 18 points and nine rebounds. Hickman recorded 19 points, three rebounds and three steals. Duke Deen had 13 points and four assists. Burch ended his afternoon with eight points and six rebounds. Christian Davis had 11 points after he was 5-for-6 from the field.
