Bradley sophomore Shae Fuller broke the long-standing school record in the long jump with her leap of 19'2 ¼" (5.85m). The Lauderdale Lakes sophomore eclipsed the record of Rachel Lewis set in 1982. The record performance took place at the Kip Janvrin Open in Indianola, Iowa. Shae finished second in the event, and just one meter away from first. She competes Friday afternoon in the Triple Jump competition.

                         
Trixie Wraith wasted no time in capturing a winner in her inaugural Drake Relay competition. The Hertford, England freshmen won the Women's College/University 800m in the first race for Darren Gauson's track and field squad. Wraith in the unseeded second heat  won with a time of 2:08.12. It's the fourth best time in school history. Trixie topped her previous personal best of 2:11.01. She's in the all-time freshman's Top 10 for the event.
 
Later in the night at the Drake Relays in the Men's 5000m, George Watson was the first Bradley finisher with Alec Danner close behind. Danner turned in a person best time of 14:11.01.
 
Thursday the Kip Janvrin Invitational commenced hosted by Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. The first race of the day saw another freshman Leah Thames capture a third-place finish in the 200m. The St. Louis, Missouri native hit the finish line in 24.59. She just missed the record time she presently holds.
 
The Men's 200m race produced a personal record for Peoria native Eli Rieker. The sophomore's time 21.93 put him fourth on the Too 10 list.
 
In the men's 3000m Steeplechase, Remi Chavenaud finished sixth. The Dieppe, Normandy, France native finished with a 9:09.76. The time puts him in the Top 10 list.

The Braves final race of the day in Indianola produced a personal best in the Men's 5000m. Metamora's redshirt freshman Ian O'Laughlin finished third in the event running a 14:34.08.
