Peoria, Ill.- The Bradley Braves 13-23 (4-11) hit the road to Chicago, IL to take on the University of Illinois-Chicago Flames 17-19 (4-11) in a three game weekend series.

Last Time out for Bradley
After thumping Illinois State 19-3 on Sunday, Bradley rode the wave of momentum to an 8-7 victory over Illinois. Down 7-6 in the bottom of the eighth, Bradley rallied and scored two runs in the inning. After a Jackson Chatterton bunt single, Ryan Vogel drove in Chatterton with a game-tying triple, then scored the go-ahead run on a Cal McGinnis double.
 
Including the triple, Vogel went 3-3 to spark the Braves, fishing a home run shy of the cycle. Easton Harris got the victory in relief and Connor Langrell registered his ninth save of the season, three saves shy of tying Matt Dennis' single-season save record at Bradley.

Bradley is set to face UIC in the two teams' first matchup since 2014. In 2014, UIC defeated Bradley 9-5. Bradley leads the all-time series against UIC, 20-12.
 
Most recently, UIC defeated Northern Illinois 8-1 on Tuesday in DeKalb, Ill. In conference play, UIC is 4-11 in the team's first season in the Missouri Valley.
