Peoria, Ill. – Bradley Athletics celebrated the conclusion of the 2022-23 season with a pair of successful Braves Club golf events. 

"We had a great time out on the links this summer with both of our golf events," said J Locklier, Bradley Senior Associate AD for Development. "These two events provide Braves fans with the opportunity to interact with our student-athletes, coaches, and athletics staff. Thank you to all that participated in supporting Bradley Athletics!"

The first Braves Club golf outing of the summer was hosted by Coyote Creek Golf Club in nearby Bartonville, Illinois on June 5th. The 47th Annual Braves Club Classic saw over 130 golfers turn out for the event in Bartonville with over $30,000 being raised in support of the Braves Club.

"This year's Braves Club Classic was a success!" exclaimed Braves Club President Ryan Pierson. "Special thanks to the Braves Club Board for all their hard work in helping to facilitate a first class event. Thank you to all of our sponsors, and to all of the golfers who participated in this year's outing. Your unwavering support for Bradley Athletics has made a direct impact on the student-athletes, coaches, and programs!"

The Braves Club Chicagoland Golf Outing at Royal Fox Country Club in St. Charles, Illinois on June 26th was equally successful. Over 120 golfers participated and the event generated over $25,000 in support of Bradley sports programs and the Braves Club.

"Grateful to Phil Wilmington and everyone who participated in the Chicagoland Golf outing," said Dr. Chris Reynolds, Bradley Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics and Student Success. "It was an amazing event and evidence of Bradley Athletics' forward momentum."
