Rookie Revolution: The Braves rank in the top three nationally in total newcomers and percentage of newcomers on the roster. Two newcomers, DJ Koulai and Kevin Mejias, quickly influenced the team by scoring or assisting on goals. Koulai leads the team with one goal and one assist. At Lewisville High School, he was named Texas All-State 2nd Team along with winning District MVP. Mejias contributed with the game-winning goal against Chicago State to lift Bradley to a 2-1 victory over the Cougars.
DePaul Notes
Previewing the Blue Demons: DePaul started its season with a 1-0 victory in their home opener against Lindenwood thanks to a late goal. The following week, the Blue Demons faced #10 ranked Indiana during their second game of the season. Employing a solid defensive strategy, DePaul was able to hold the Hoosiers scoreless until Indiana found the back of the net in the 67th minute. Indiana won the game 2-0.

The Braves are 7-2-2 all-time in 11 contests against DePaul. DePaul took a 2-1 road victory against Bradley in 2021 in the two teams' previous meeting.
