The Braves drew against SIUE, 1-1, on Sunday, Sept. 16. In that match up against unbeaten SIUE, the Braves collected the game's first goal but a strong push late by SIUE saw the game end level in a matchup between top-70 RPI teams.
Green Bay Notes
Previewing the Phoenix: Green Bay is off to a (3-2-1) start this season with a 1-1-0 mark in the in the Horizon League. The Phoenix are coached by Jeremy Bonomo who sports a 67-80-36 record all-time as a head coach. On the field, Green Bay is lead by a pair of sophomore forwards in Keegan Walker and Chris Album. At this point in the season the duo has combined for seven goals two assists on the season.
Second time around: The Braves and Phoenix met last season at Aldo Santaga Stadium in Wisconsin where Bradley left with a 1-0 road loss. Bradley will look to return the favor and earn the first ever home-win versus Green Bay, the lone prior home meeting came in 2011 where the Braves and Phoenix ended in a 1-1 2OT draw.

Upcoming Schedule
The Braves are currently navigating the mid-way point of the schedule with Missouri Valley Conference play on the Horizon. The Braves will see Green Bay this Tuesday before hitting the road to Bowling Green to take on the Falcons. Bradley will then return home a homecoming match against nationally ranked Missouri State and close out the home stand with Belmont.

Chase for Perfection: Since the inaugural season of the Bradley soccer program in 1987, the Braves have achieved an undefeated start six games or more into a season four times before 2023. Following BU and Mercer's 1-1 draw on Saturday, the undefeated streak extended to seven games for the fourth time in BU's history. The Braves are looking to get their first home win this season on Tuesday.
