ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Connor Hickman has been named the Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday.
This marks the first time that Hickman has won Player of the Week honors in his career and the first time for a Bradley player this season. The last Bradley player to win a Player of the Week award was Rienk Mast on Jan. 31, 2022.
Hickman tallied 53 total points between his last two games against Valparaiso and Missouri State. Between both games, he had 11 rebounds, three assists and four steals.
He recorded 28 points in the Braves 86-61 victory over the Beacons with six made three-pointers. He landed six more from beyond the arc with 25 points in Bradley's victory over Missouri State.
