Previously at Notre Dame
The Braves last competed in the Joe Piane Invitational in 2022. The women's team placed 10th in a strong 20-team field. Nicola Jansen placed 19th in the 5K race, setting the new school record in 5K in the process with a 16:30.8. Fellow Brave Tyler Schwartz set the second fastest time in school history with a 5K, finishing in 16:37.2 and placing 26th. The men's team placed 19th, with Alec Danner pacing the Braves with a 24:10.1 finishing time.
