PEORIA, Ill. -- It's time to vote for the Prairie Farms Bradley Athlete of the Month! Now that the calendar has shifted to October, it's time to look back at September and vote for which Brave had the best month of action.

Junior Caroline McConnell of the women's golf team, junior Connor Hamm of the men's golf team, senior Silan Demirkol of the volleyball team and junior Iva Popovic of the volleyball team are the four nominees for Prairie Farms Bradley Athlete of the Month in September.
 
Voting is open until Friday at 1:00 p.m. and will be conducted through the @BradleyBraves X account.
 
Caroline McConnell • Jr. • Women's Golf • South Fayette, Pa.
• Began season with victory at A-Ga-Ming Invitational
• First Brave to win first tournament as a Brave since Jil Swenson in 2000
• Tallied career-low 18-hole score of 69 at Johnie Imes Mizzou Invitational
• Has placed in the top 20 in each of her first three meets in 2024-25

Connor Hamm • Jr. • Men's Golf • Macomb, Ill.
• Earned first outright Individual Title for Bradley since 2018 at SIUE Dolenc Invitational
• Set new career-best and program record-setting 18-hole (64) and 54-hole (200) scores at Dolenc Invitational
• Earned second title of the season at Drake's Zach Johnson Invitational
• Matched his own 18-hole and 54-hole program records at Zach Johnson Invitational 
 
Silan Demirkol • Sr. • Volleyball • Istanbul, Turkey
• Tallied seven kill-dig double-doubles in 12 matches played during the month
• Set new career-high in single match kills, tallying 22 in a four-set victory against Lindenwood in Kansas City
• Hit .322 in 22-kill performance against Lindenwood (22-3-59)
• Named to Bradley Classic All-Tournament team after tallying 41 kills and 36 digs across three matches
 
Iva Popovic • Jr. • Volleyball • Belgrade, Serbia
• Tallied first 20-kill/20-dig game against Murray State, the first by a Brave since Erica Haslag did so against Navy in 2017
• Tallied four consecutive 20-kill performances to end September
• Notched 48 kills and 40 digs in victories against Murray State and Belmont, helping Bradley go 2-0 to begin the MVC schedule
• Hitting .391 in her last three matches with 68 kills and 21 errors in 153 attempts
