PEORIA, Ill. – The D1Baseball Missouri Valley Season Preview was released this past week and Bradley was well represented in top MVC prospects.
Bradley had three prospects in the top 20 of the top MVC prospects in the 2024 draft. RHP Jacob Kisting was named the third highest Valley prospect, while RHP Noah Edders and OF Ryan Vogel were named 17th and 19th, respectively.
"Tall and projectable righthander Jacob Kisting gives them an experienced ace, pitching on Friday's since his freshman year, and his stuff continues to ramp up, now carrying low-90s velocity deep into games."
"Noah Edders, known for his hard-boring low-90s sinker, will start on Saturday's."
"Ryan Vogel returns to lead the Braves offense from the top of the order. One of the more dynamic players in the MVC, Vogel slashed .382/.459/.571 with six homers and 20 stolen bases while playing shutdown defense in center field."
Three Braves were named in the top 10 of the 2025 draft. RHP Easton Harris was placed seventh and RHP Brayden Marks was named ninth. 2B Beau Durbin cracked the top 10 at 10th. Tate Roley placed eighth as an Impact First-Year Freshman.
The Bradley Baseball season starts on Feb. 16 when the Braves go on the road to face Western Kentucky for a weekend series. The home opener is on Mar. 26 when Bradley plays Lindenwood at Dozer Park at 6 PM.
