PEORIA, Ill. – The 2005-06-07 Soccer teams, led by Coach Jim DeRose, will be honored during the Men's Basketball game against Illinois State University on Feb. 24 at Carver Arena.
Overlapping rosters saw the Braves secure three consecutive Missouri Valley Conference titles and the program's first MVC Tournament crown in 2007. With a combined 39-20-9 record, including a notable 13-2-4 conference run, these teams left an indelible mark.
Noteworthy moments include the 2005 squad's NCAA Tournament bid, the 2006 team's shared championship with Creighton, and the 2007 squad's resilience following the loss of teammate Danny Dahlquist. This recognition extends to 26 student-athletes, 10 of whom played on all three teams, with Bradley Hall of Famers Joe Donoho and Chris Dunsheath among them.
