PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley Men's Basketball was named as a #3 seed in the 2024 NIT. Bradley will play host to former MVC foe Loyola-Chicago.
NIT History
Head Coach Brian Wardle leads the Bradley Braves into their second straight NIT birth, Bradley owns the most NIT appearances in the 2024 field at 23. Bradley's 23 NIT appearances are 3rd most all-time in the history of the tournament. Last season the Braves qualified for the 2023 NIT as an unseeded automatic qualifier which earned them a game against the Wisconsin Badgers in Madison, WI.
Series History vs Loyola-Chicago
The Braves hold a 37-33 all-time record against the Loyola-Chicago Ramblers with a 24-11 edge in Peoria. The two schools haven't met on the hardwood since the 2021-22 season after Loyola-Chicago became an all-sports affiliate institution of the Atlantic-10 conference the following summer.
About the Ramblers
Loyola-Chicago goes into the 2024 NIT with a (23-9) overall record and a (15-3 A10) record. They fell to St. Bonaventure in their last game during the Atlantic 10 conference tournament 75-74 in double overtime.

Bradley Basketball is excited to announce they will be hosting the Loyola Ramblers in the first round of the 2024 NIT tournament on Wednesday, March 20 at 6:00p.m. CST at Carver Arena. Season ticket holders have the opportunity to secure their seats until 7:00 pm CST on Monday, March 18, with general public ticket sales opening at 7:30 pm CST on Monday. Season Ticket Holders
· Season ticket holders can purchase their specific seats through 7:00 pm CST on Monday, March 18 digitally through their Bradley Ticketmaster Account Manager through the Bradley Athletics Ticket Office. Ticket invoices are currently in their account.
· Reservations will be automatically released to the general public at 7:00 pm on Monday if not purchased.
General Public Tickets
· Tickets will be available for purchase online for the general public starting at 7:30 pm CST on Monday or through the Bradley Athletics Ticket Office starting Tuesday morning.
