OMAHA, Neb.– The men's golf team finished in sixth in the Stampede at the Creek tournament, hosted by University of Nebraska-Omaha.
The men's golf team shot a 300 in the first round of play, followed by a 301 in the second round. For the first time in a few tournaments, due to weather, they were able to play a third round in which the team got their round lowest of 299.
Carter Stevenson tied his career highest individual placement of his collegiate career in sixth place, with a first round score of 72, followed by 73 and 74.
