Peoria, Ill- Freshman standout Inia Jones will miss the 2024-2025 season after suffering a lower leg injury.
"This was certainly tough for Inia and our program, as we had high expectations for her impact this season," said head coach Kate Popovec-Goss. "However, Inia's relentless attitude and work ethic, in combination with the treatment from our excellent sports medicine team, will propel her to a strong recovery. We are grateful she can obtain a medical redshirt, and we know her future as a Brave remains bright!"
Prior to Bradley, Jones, a native of Omaha, Nebraska., was a four-year varsity athlete for Omaha Central.
Despite the loss of Jones, Bradley's roster has continued to take steps forward under third-year head coach Kate Popovec-Goss.
Jones, along with Ellie McDermid, Lila Posthuma, and Mariam Coulibaly, highlight the freshman class, while the Braves welcome four transfers: Soleil Barnes (Toledo), Amy O'Hara (George Mason), Tamia Perryman (Marian University), and Carlie Vick (FAU).
