Peoria Ill. - The Braves went 2-1 at the Kangaroo Klassic to put up back-to-back winning weekends ahead of conference play.
Match One
Bradley was swept by Montana in three sets on Friday morning. Beste Ayhan and Kaylenn Hunt led the team with three blocks each and Hunt also put up the second-most kills on the team with five. Silan Demirkol led the team with nine kills while recording a service ace.
Match Two
The Braves took down Lindenwood in four sets on Friday night. Maria Drapp led the team in assists with 52 and was second in digs with 20 while recording two blocks. Demirkol led the teams in kills again with 22 while Iva Popovic was behind her with 21.
Match Three
Bradley defeated Missouri-Kansas City in four sets Saturday afternoon. The Braves won the first two sets 25-17 and 25-20 before winning the fourth set 25-21. Popvoic led the team in kills with 20 while recording 1.5 blocks for the match. Drapp led the team in assists again with 41 while totaling 12 digs. Irene Mostardini led the team in digs with 21.

The Bradley Braves will begin conference play next week at the Renaissance Coliseum against the Belmont Bruins on Friday, September 27 at 6:00 PM and will conclude the weekend against the Murray State Racers on Saturday, September 28 at 3:00 PM.
