ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Michael Rebello has been named Missouri Valley Conference Runner of the Week for Men's Cross Country, per the weekly MVC Cross Country Notebook released on Sept. 23.

Rebello wins the honor after winning the Men's 8K race at the Bradley Intercollegiate on Sept. 20, marking the tenth consecutive time that a Bradley runner has won the 8K event. Rebello ran a 24:50.7, eight seconds faster than second place. Rebello paced the Braves as the team won the team title and placed runners in each position in the top five.

This is Rebello's first Runner of the Week honor in Cross Country and overall. Rebello is the first Brave to win Runner of the Week since Jack Crull earned the honor on Sept. 3.
