The Braves are coming off a three-match road trip that saw them pick up wins over Belmont and Murray State. The Braves have been led offensively by Tendai Titley, who had a four-match double-double streak before their match against Illinois State on Tuesday, and Mairen Mannon, who was named MVC Player of the Week last week after she totaled 34 kills and six blocks over the Braves' successful weekend. Maria Drapp has stepped up her game to a new level, recording 224 assists in her last five matches, and she now ranks 11th in the nation in total assists. Libero Irene Mostardini has also been climbing the rankings as she now ranks fourth in the MVC in total digs (tied for 30th in the nation) and third in the conference for service aces.
