What to Watch
The Braves will look for a strong start against the Salukis who allow the third most points per game in the Valley, averaging 74.9. A strong start will allow Bradley to put the game out of reach early and play defensively which is their strongest attribute as a team.
Key Players to Watch:
-
Soleil Barnes (Bradley): Barnes is coming off a 20-point effort against Missouri State, and has shown to be very reliable when called upon this season.
-
Claire McDougall (Bradley): McDougall has been on fire recently, putting up back-to-back double-digit point efforts in her last two games. Southern Illinois has struggled to defend against three-pointers this season so look for McDougall to take advantage of that weakness.
