Tennis To Close its Lengthy Road Swing with Two Matches in St. Louis

PEORIA, Ill. -- Bradley Tennis will close its road trip as the team heads to St. Louis to take on the Lindenwood Lions on Monday, March 17, and the St. Louis Billikens on Tuesday, March 18.

BRADLEY vs. ST. LOUIS
Where: Dwight Davis Tennis Center - St. Louis, MO
When: Tuesday, March 18 - 1:00 p.m. 

PREVIEWING THE LIONS
The Lions enter the matchup with a 1-4 record. They've dropped their last two matches as they lost 6-1 to Creighton and 4-0 to Missouri. The Braves and Lions have faced off against each other once in their history when Bradley defeated Lindenwood 6-1 on March 13, 2024.

PREVIEWING THE BILLIKENS
The Billikens are coming into their matchup against the Braves with a 3-6 record. They have won their last two games, defeating SIUE 4-2 and Chicago State 7-0.

Bradley and Saint Louis will meet for the 24th time this season with Tuesday's matchup being the 11th hosted by SLU. The Billikens hold a 17-6 advantage in the series, including winning the last three meetings and eight of the last nine in St. Louis, dating back to 1996.

LAST TIME OUT
The Braves lost to Creighton and Omaha last weekend, 6-1. Ruby Tseng went 1-1 on the weekend after she won her singles match against Creighton. Mariia Pukhina also had a 1-1 record, winning her singles matchup against Omaha.

COMING UP…
The Braves will begin their conference season on March 22 against the Illinois State Redbirds at the Markin Tennis Courts on the Bradley campus.
