Peoria, IL --- The Bradley Braves 26-8 (15-5 MVC) will see their 2024-25 season continue in the 2025 National Invitation Tournament against the North Alabama Lions 24-10 (14-4 ASUN).

How the Braves Qualified
Bradley qualified for the 2025 N.I.T. by earning an "exempt bid", which are reserved for the highest remaining team in each of the top-12 rated conference's in the country that did not qualify for the NCAA tournament. This season the Missouri Valley finished 11th, just behind the American Athletic Conference. The 12 exempts teams all qualify to host a first round game in their home venue. The remaining field of 20 teams are seeded by the N.I.T selection committee.

This marks the 3rd consecutive year that Bradley has qualified in the N.I.T, a feat the program has not accomplished since they went three straight times in 1957, 1958, and 1959. The Braves in the past two seasons played Wisconsin in 2023 as well as Loyola-Chicago & Cincinnati in 2024. Overall this will be Bradley's 24th N.I.T appearance which ranks 2nd all-time in the history of the tournament.
