Bowling Green, KY – Bradley Volleyball will travel to Bowling Green, Kentucky, to compete in the Alyssa Cavanaugh Classic hosted by Western Kentucky on Friday, September 19, and Saturday, September 20. The Braves will play an early doubleheader on Friday, facing Austin Peay State at 9:30 a.m. and Western Kentucky at 12:30 p.m., before closing out the tournament on Saturday against Indiana at noon.

Austin Peay State: The Governors have had a rough start to the season, going 1-8 and losing their last three matches heading into Friday's game against the Braves. Indiana: The Hoosiers have been dominant to start their season, only losing three sets thus far while carrying an undefeated 8-0 record. Bradley is coming into the Alyssa Cavanaugh Classic with a 5-4 record after taking the final two games during Bradley's Family Weekend against Central Michigan and UMKC. Tendai Titley dominated on both sides of the ball last week, totaling 21 kills, 32 digs, and three service aces. Maria Drapp has been off to a strong start in her sophomore season, totaling 317 assists (9.06 a/s) and 14 service aces. Irene Mostardini has been solid defensively to start this season, leading the Braves with 172 digs (4.91 per set), while also leading the team with 19 service aces. Gracie Furlong has led the team offensively this season, totaling 100 kills (2.86 k/s).
This Bowling Green road trip marks Bradley's final non-conference action this season and will serve as a big test for the Braves as they begin their conference season next week against Evansville and Illinois State.
