PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley Women's Golf makes its first trip to Iowa City in 10 years to compete in the Diane Thomason Invitational on Sept. 29-30.

Play begins on the par-72 course at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 29, via a shotgun start. After 36 holes of golf, teams will reconvene on Tuesday, Sept. 30, for the final 18 holes beginning at 8:30 a.m.

LAST TIME AT FINKBINE
The Braves last competed in the Diane Thomason Invitational at Finkbine Golf Course on Sept. 12-13, 2015. Danielle Lemek led all Braves individually, finishing tied for 13th with a 12-over-par 228. Bradley finished tied for 10th in the team standings.

RECAPPING THE BADGER INVITATIONAL
Bradley is coming off a fourth-place finish against some of the country's top golf programs at the Badger Invitational in Madison, Wis., on Sept. 14-16. The team recorded the second-lowest tournament score in program history, scoring 875 (289-289-297) across 54 holes. Caroline McConnell finished tied for third for the second time in as many tournaments to start the season, carding a career-low 68 in round one and a career-low 209 for the tournament. The third-place finish earned McConnell her second MVC Golfer of the Week honor of the season and third of her career.

Bradley will host its annual home tournament, the Coyote Creek Classic, on Oct. 5-6 at Coyote Creek Golf Club just outside of Bartonville, Ill.
