Matchup History
College of Charleston: The Cougars opened 2025 at 1–2, highlighted by a four-set win over Mercer. Offensively, Izzy Marinelli (2.69 k/s, .368) and Caroline Noonan (2.46 k/s, .311) lead the charge. This will be the first-ever meeting between Bradley and Charleston.
Charlotte: The 49ers are 0–3 to start the season but feature a strong attacking duo in Jaylen Jordan (3.73 k/s) and Jessica Ricks (3.55 k/s). Bradley and Charlotte have met sparingly in program history, with the 49ers holding a narrow series advantage.
Western Carolina: The Catamounts are 2–1 after picking up wins over Texas Tech and Kent State to open the season. Zoe Zudans has been dominant on the outside (4.17 k/s, .292), while setter Katie Boney (11.17 a/s) runs one of the most efficient offenses in the SoCon. Bradley and WCU have met previously, though the all-time series is limited.
Bradley Notes
Bradley enters the weekend at 2–1 following a successful home-opening stretch that included wins over Quinnipiac and Western Illinois. The Braves are led offensively by Tendai Titley (2.92 k/s, .274) and Dakota Elliott (2.42 k/s, .439), with Gracie Furlong and Mairen Mannon adding steady production on the pins. Defensively, Bradley has out-blocked its opponents (2.25 b/s to 1.63 b/s), anchored by Elliott (13 blocks) and Mannon (11). Libero Irene Mostardini has been a standout with 61 digs (5.08 d/s) to pace the backcourt.
The Asheville trip will serve as Bradley's first road test of 2025 and an opportunity to measure up against a mix of non-conference opponents. The experience will serve as key preparation for Bradley's upcoming trip to Western Kentucky and the start of Missouri Valley Conference play later this month.
