PEORIA, Ill. -- Bradley University women's basketball athlete Amy O'Hara has been named this week's Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete of the Week, announced Tuesday. O'Hara was honored after scoring 13 points in both of Bradley's conference games, including one double-double at Murray State, to begin 2026.

The senior from Melbourne, Australia, began the new year by scoring 13 points with five rebounds on Jan. 2 against Belmont. O'Hara followed with a 13-point, 12-rebound double-double at Murray State on Jan. 4, making six field goals on eight attempts. Defensively, O'Hara contributed five blocks and two steals against the Racers. 

O'Hara's strong performance and academic success have earned her this week's Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete honor.
