PEORIA, IL – The Bradley Braves Softball team fell in game three of the weekend series to the Belmont Bruins, 4-0.
Junior
Hilary Wilson picked up her first hit on the weekend for the Braves. Bradley's second hit also came in the fifth inning, when freshman
Kelsey Martin came in to pinch hit and load the bases for the Braves. Sophomore
Emily Organ also came in to pinch hit, reaching the bases with a walk. Sophomore
Abby Rusher threw the first five frames for the Braves, as senior
Kinsley Robertson tossed the last two. Robertson allowed just one hit and one walk in her two innings in the circle.

The Braves will travel to Charleston for a midweek matchup against Eastern Illinois University. The pair of games will be played on Wednesday, March 25th, at Williams Field. Game one of the doubleheader begins at 4:00 p.m. CT.
