NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Bradley Baseball embarks on their final road trip of the season, beginning this weekend with a three-game series against the Belmont Bruins.
Bradley Braves Overview
Bradley enters the matchup hitting .247 as a team with 359 hits and 228 runs scored through 45 games.
Michael Quick is coming off a two-hit performance against Eastern Illinois on Wednesday and ranks second on the team in batting average at .301. He is one of two Braves to start in all 45 games this season. Sohrab Rezaei extended his on-base streak to 27 games on Wednesday. In conference play this season, he ranks second on the team with a .443 on-base percentage, and he leads the team with 16 walks.
Landon Lowe has been phenomenal against MVC opponents this season, batting .439 with a .652 slugging and a 1.195 OPS. On the season as a whole, Lowe ranks second in the MVC in batting average at .386 and leads the team in RBI with 31.
On the mound, Bradley has recorded 298 strikeouts over 365 innings. Robert Sanford has put together solid outings in his last two appearances, throwing eight innings and yielding two runs, one earned, on seven hits while walking three and striking out seven. Belmont Bruins Overview
