Career Notes: Ranks as Bradley's career digs leader with 1,437 ... One of two players in program history with four seasons of 300 digs or more, she ranked 23rd in Missouri Valley Conference history in digs at the end of the 2011 season ... Joined the track and field team following her senior season of volleyball.

2012 Track & Field (2012): Joined the track and field team following her final volleyball season, competing in the sprints ... Ran in the 60 meters and 200 meters during the indoor season along with the 100 & 200 meters during the outdoor campaign.

Senior Season (2011): Competed with twin sister Genevieve for the starting libero spot early on in the year and finished the year as the team leader with 301 digs and a career-best 3.81 digs per set average ... Joined Cindy Novak as the only players in program history to lead the team in each of their four seasons ... Played in all but one match ... Averaged 4.17 digs per set in Missouri Valley Conference play and her 263 digs in Valley play rank as the fifth best season total in school history ... Ranked ninth in the MVC in digs per set ... Had 16 matches with 10 or more digs and finished her career with 74 double-digit dig outings .. Named Bradley Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 9 ... Broke the Bradley career digs record with 12 digs against 12th-ranked Northern Iowa on Nov. 4 ... Had 10 or more digs in 16 of her last 18 matches and averaged 4.68 digs per set over the final 11 matches of the year ... Notched a season-best 28 digs in a four-set match at Drake and had four matches with 20 or more digs. 

Junior Season (2010): One of three players to see action in all 31 matches, she played in all but one set ... Led the team in digs with 377 and averaged 3.31 digs per set ... Ranked 16th in the MVC in digs per set ... Averaged 4.03 digs per set in Missouri Valley Conference play to rank ninth in league-only matches ... Started the year as a defensive specialist but took over the starting spot at libero during conference play ... Had season-highs of 25 digs against Drake and at Missouri State ... Averaged 5.45 digs per set over the final nine matches ... Had six matches with 20 or more digs and reached double figures in digs 20 times ... Led the team in digs in 17 matches ... Recorded her 1,000th career dig in the home match against Chicago State ... Named Bradley Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 3.

Sophomore Season (2009): Was one of three players on the roster to play in every set ... Led the team with 346 digs and is just the seventh player in program history to lead the team in digs in back-to-back years ... Averaged 3.93 digs per set in Missouri Valley Conference play ... Ranked 14th in the MVC in digs per set ... Took over as Bradley's starting libero near the start of MVC play ... Tallied a season-best 27 digs at Evansville ... Ranked second on the team in assists ... Recorded double digit dig totals in 16 matches, including three outings with 22 or more digs ... Led the team in serve receive percentage,

Freshman Season (2008): One of two players to play in every set, she set a school record for digs by a freshman with 413 ... Led the team with a 3.53 digs per set average and was ranked 12th in the Missouri Valley Conference ... Posted a 3.48 digs per set average in Valley play ... Her 413 digs is the 10th best season total in school history ... Had 10 or more digs in 22 outings, including a season-best 33 digs at Western Illinois ... The 33 digs is tied for the fourth best effort in school history and most by a Bradley player since 2005 ... Joined Gillian Falknor as the only players in school history with two 30-dig efforts in the same season ... Ranked third on the team with 18 service aces and was second with 52 assists.
Neuqua Valley: Earned academic all-conference honors all four years at Neuqua Valley and was a three-time all-conference pick by the Daily Herald ... She helped Neuqua Valley to a school-record 23 victories during her junior season and her team went 45-20 (.692) over her final two prep seasons.

Club Competition: Played club volleyball for Club Fusion, helping her team to a third-place finish at the Prep Volleyball Classic where she was given the Outstanding Digger Award ... Helped lead club team to a 13th place finish at JDVA Nationals in 2008.

Personal: The daughter of Chantal and Jean-Robert Dejean, Rachelle was born in Livingston, N.J. ... Played all four years with twin sister Genevieve as members of the Bradley volleyball team ... Has an older sister; Fabienne, who also played college volleyball ... Majored in advertising ... Named to the Bradley Athletic Director's Honor Roll each of her seven semesters.
