PEORIA, Ill. -- The final drawing for the annual Braves Club Raffle presented by South Side Trust and Savings Bank is quickly approaching with the raffle’s top prize of $25,000 awarded at halftime of Tuesday’s Bradley men’s basketball home finale against Evansville. Less than 100 tickets remain for the drawing.
Tickets are $100 and available through the Braves Club Office at (309) 677-2667 or at any home athletic event. Purchases must be made prior to the start of Tuesday’s 8 p.m. game against the Purple Aces at Carver Arena. The annual raffle features 10 cash prizes, including a top prize of $25,000.
Raffle tickets may also be purchased by filling out the form at the link provided by Monday, Feb. 22.
In addition, the final Braves Club Luncheon of the year will be held Friday, Feb. 19 and will celebrate Bradley’s 1,000th Missouri Valley Conference, which will be played Saturday, Feb. 20 vs. Drake. The Braves Club along with the Bradley University Alumni Association will also host a pre-game party (5-7 p.m.) Saturday evening sponsored by Busey Bank prior to the contest against Drake in the Peoria Civic Center Theatre lobby. Braves Club members at the Friend Level or above receive free admission (guests $10 per person and must be accompanied by a Braves Club member) to the party which includes snacks and complimentary beverages.
The luncheon will be held on Mitchell “J.J.” Anderson Court in the Renaissance Coliseum Basketball Performance Center. Doors will open at 11:15 a.m. with the speaking programs, emceed by Voice of the Braves Dave Snell, starting at noon. Advance reservations are required, $20 for Braves Club members and $25 for the general public, and may be made by contacting the Braves Club Office at (309) 677-2667.
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at each of the Braves Club events.
