Bradley Men's Basketball Refund Policy

Bradley University Athletics offers a range of refund policies to season-ticket holders.

While season-ticket renewals will occur in anticipation of a full and uninterrupted men’s basketball season, options will be made available to season-ticket holders if the coronavirus pandemic prevents the completion of the 2020-2021 men’s basketball home schedule.

Bradley’s refund policy now has three options for both your required Braves Club Contribution and season tickets if the 2020-2021 men’s basketball home schedule is unable to be completed due to the coronavirus pandemic:

  1. Transfer of payments for remaining games to the following season (2021-2022 season).
  2. Changing the allocation of payments to a tax-deductible donation to the Bradley University Athletic Department.
  3. Receiving a prorated refund.

*If the coronavirus pandemic causes a game or games to be canceled or played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending, the options listed above will be made available.

*Any refunds or transfer of payments to the 2021-2022 season will be based upon the number of games canceled or played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending due to the coronavirus pandemic. The prorated version of options number one and number three are listed at the bottom of this page.

*If a game is postponed, your tickets are valid for the new date.

Like previous seasons, if there are no adjustments to games or game times other than updating a TBD or TBA decision, season tickets and contributions are not eligible for refunds.

Prorated Example:

Using a 16-game home schedule and a $420 season-ticket example, the prorated amount per game would be:

  • $420 season ticket/16 games = $26.25/game
  • So if one game is affected, the refund/credit policy would be worth $26.25. If two games are affected, it would be worth $52.50 ($26.25 x 2).
